The error
We hit an error adding your new account
authentication failed: Invalid Base URL.
- Make sure you click “Allow” or “Accept” on the permission popup

The Fix
Basically, Gravity Forms expect you to save the updates to the REST API once new keys are created before adding them to Zapier. So simple yet so frustrating. Follow the below:
Step 1. From the WordPress dashboard navigate to Gravity Forms > Settings > REST API and select enabled.
Step 2. Select “Add Key” and copy both keys to your notes. DO NOT add to your Zapier yet.
Step 3. Close the little window that reveals the API keys, scroll to the bottom and select “update” – New keys are now saved.
Step 4. Copy the API keys from your notes into their respective fields on Zapier with your URL and select the “yes, continue” button.
