Are you having trouble with your website form not sending emails to your Gmail or G-Suite inbox? Here is a quick 1-minute tutorial to fix this issue within your Cpanel.
First, log in to Cpanel or server through your hosting provider or by visiting your website URL followed by /Cpanel e.g webdevelopmentaustralia.com/cpanel.
Next, find the email section and select “email routing”.
Finally, once inside email routing select “Remote Mail Exchanger” Once done make sure to click on the “change” button to save your changes. This ensures the server will not accept mail for this domain. The system sends all mail for this domain to the lowest-numbered mail exchanger.
